Poor quality control. Rushed service

I purchased 4 new appliances from Best Buy and 2 of them were installed broken or not completely. The dishwasher installed did not work and when support came back out, it was because there was a main chip missing. Had to schedule to have the full dishwasher replaced. The wash machine was installed and the drain hose was not properly connected and caused my basement to fill with a full load of laundry water.
I thought using the installation service through Best Buy would have better quality control.

Easy to Install, Drains Battery Quickly

I purchased 3 of these cameras to use outside my house. Overall the quality of the video is great, but the Google Home app takes too long to load and view. Also the camera on my front door drains rapidly so I will have to hardwire the camera.

We recently purchased this wash machine after my previous machine broke. I have never used an Insignia appliance but I will say, for the cost it seems to work well. This is for a rental unit and the tenants have had no complaints, other than when it was first installed by Best Buy they forgot to attach the ejection hose properly and it flooded my basement
