team showed up early which was a good start, quickly removed old unit. Then complained they could not install new system as not enough room. Wasted time stalling and not wanting to install. I suggested open the rear door and he had enough room to get behind. Don't hire overweight guys as they may have to fit behind appliances. I had to remove and install dryer vent myself. Should get half my install fee refunded.
