It has a 5 cubic foot capacity so that you can clean plenty of clothes, and its 950 rpm spin cycle removes water effectively for easier drying. We purchased a new washer to replace a base model washer that was over 10 years old. The installation team from BB came well equipped and knowledgeable on not only the washer but the hose and basic home functions. We have completed nearly 60 washes with very little issues (mostly learning curve of a new smart washer). The wirless connection was a bit tricky because it cannot connect to a home network containing symbols (!,./) Which is an odd requirement. So we ended up having to rename our wireless network and reconnecting all of the established devices so we could utilize the app as intended. With that being said - i enjoy having the app to change the specialized wash settings, and reminders for the tub cleaning. This washer is worth EVERY PENNY YOU SPEND!

Brand new Washer purchased 6 weeks ago and the tub won't drain. OE error code. Only trouble shooting recommendation is to check the drain hose for kinks. No kinks...No draining.... Has anyone else experienced this and should I seek to repair or replace?
We have not encountered this issue in our 3 months of ownership. our unit came with a drain hose and had no damage when delivered. If you are still within your first year of ownership i would contact LG to ask for a replacement hose.

How long does it take to wash a load of clothes on the Heavy Duty cycle? Also, how long on the Normal cycle?
Each load setting had a minimum time depending on all of the options/settings. Water temp, spin speed, fabric softener, etc. Additionally, once you start the load it will begin to weigh the load and determine the time necessary to thoroughly wash your clothes/linens. For a normal cycle filled about 1/2 way including softener - you can expect just over an hour to wash and spin. Also, keep in mind the spin cycle is very effective - and in turn shortening the time your dryer will need to work.
