I also bought the j5create ultra drive usb typeC docking station. Then I realized that this also has a typeC docking station. Can I use this multi function monitor stand to dock my MacBook Pro to a computer monitor? I dont need both docking station right?
You should be able to do this without a separate docking station, correct. I currently do the same with my laptop, one USB C cable into my laptop and to the dock handles 4K display, and six other USB connections all at the same through the dock. No extra docks required.

No, there is not. The Assistant will work free of charge so long as you have a working internet connection. Music streaming services will have their own subscription fees though, so if you want to stream Spotify premium features, you still need Spotify premium. It does come with 14 days of free Youtube Premium
