Rich sound, deep bass, very large

The speaker plays very loud and has a nice full and rich sound. The built in subwoofer provides more low end than one would expect from a 6.5" driver and it easily fills a room with deep bass. The multidirectional tweeters provide clear sound off axis as well as straight on and do their job admirably. Don't expect true stereo separation unless you sit close and directly in front of the speaker but it has a nice open sound. The bass and treble knobs are very handy and work well (although feel a little cheap for a $700 smart speaker), same with the volume knob, which had a very slight wiggle to it after only a day. My main disappointments are the price, the lack of any type of display, and the knobs. I actually ended up getting the JBL Boombox 3 and it has a very similar sound profile and just as much bass for $349. To me that's a much better deal if you don't need Wifi or smart speaker functions and you don't mind the different styling.

Even Better in 4K

This has always been one of my favorite animated movies and so I wanted to see it in 4k format (from a high bitrate disc rather than streaming).
Movie looks exceptional and truly is noticeable upgrade from the standard Blu Ray version and the Disney plus streaming version. Original movie was mastered in 2K so this is not a true 4K direct master but it sure looks great and the HDR makes the colors pop even more.
As a bonus, the digital code provided allows access to the 4K version online, whereas the Blu Ray digital code only allows Full HD. Nitpicky, but it's worth mentioning. Highly recommended.

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

Purchased a 3 prong dryer power cord for use with a new dryer that was being delivered and installed by Best Buy Geek Squad. Dryers do not come with these due to the fact that some houses have 3 prong sockets and others have 4 prong. Be sure to check before ordering.
Geek Squad connected the cord to our new dryer and made sure that everything was working properly before they left. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

The Geek Squad (installation person) was timely and called and emailed ahead of time to ensure we would be home.
We had a washer and a dryer delivered and installed and everything was done very efficiently and clean. Rep ensured everything was working before leaving and showed us how to use both washer and dryer.
All packing and trash was taken and we were left with 2 wonderful appliances and the confidence that Best Buy will be there if we ever have any issues. Thank you Geek Squad.

This top loader washer has great capacity and is agitatorless so it holds larger items such as blankets and comforters fairly easily.
The interface is very simple and allows for user customization if you choose (such as water level), or you can let the washer do its thing with one of the preset options.
Washer is quiet and even on spin mode stays quiet and barely vibrates. Clothes have been coming out very nice and clean so far. Washer also has a self clean mode which is handy and actually works (I throw some bleach in there before I do the self clean).

The dryer works great and has multiple drying options. You can use the moisture sensor built in to let the dryer determine when the clothes are dry (which works quite well) or set a more traditional timer and also can select how much heat you want to use, if any at all.
The filter is right up front when you open the dryer door and is very sturdy and easy to remove and clean. The dryer is pretty quiet as well.
Overall I am very pleased with this dryer and it does the job very well. No complaints, highly recommend.

Great washer with huge capacity

Purchased this washer primarily because it was on clearance and was actually cheaper than the most basic washer that Best Buy carried. Also purchased the 5 year Geek Squad warranty since I saved so much money and because it is a Samsung and didn't want to chance an expensive repair.
Washer works great so far and is very quiet, even on the spin cycle I can barely hear it and it is very smooth. It has multiple settings and you can make many adjustments to wash time, temperature, spin speed, pre soaking, and much more. It is very easy to use.
The pre wash tray that is built into the lid works fine but is something I will never use. I would remove it but not sure how and don't want to void warranty. The lid is plexiglass but since that pre wash tray won't come out and it is part of the kids, you can't even see inside the actual washer, so the plexiglass is useless.
Also, like many people have noted, the lid will fall onto your head unless you very carefully open it all the way and don't bump it or breathe on it. It's annoying on a washer with an original MSRP of over $1000.
The tub is stainless steel, agitatorless, and huge. It has tremendous capacity and will handle comforters with ease. It is very deep and I have to really bend and reach to touch the very bottom of it (I am 5'8').
It also had a self cleaning mode that you run every 20 cycles or so and actually works quite well.
Overall I really like the washer, especially for the price (was around $372). We use it literally everyday and so far it has performed very well.
