I love this microwave. Works great, great fan, great looking microwave. One thing i wish was different is that the buttons can be annoying to touch. Sometimes you tap a button, and you notice that it didnt sense your finger tap it. It always works but i find myself being consious about how i lay my finger on the buttons to be sure it activates the button. Otherwise, great features like autosensing etc.

This warranty service provided by best by is excellent. They will come and fix your tv or replace it if they have to. I had a sony replaced and thankfllu i had this warranty because if i didnt, i would have had to spend another 3k not even 2 years afyer i bought the first TV.
