The guys who came were excellent, my house has narrow openings, they squeezed throughout and got the washer in and tested, very personable, had to remove and put back my door.

We had a nice, thick, long RUBBER hose that came with original washer, that was removed and replaced with the new chintzy Plastic hose, at Tech's insistence (policy) the chintzy hose was not long enough, we had to go out and buy an extension. This hose makes me nervous!
