Love This Movie

I remember watching this movie back when it came out on VHS and surprisingly never got any nightmares from it. Its so weird and creepy at times. And don't tell me that you didn't try and eat like the Skeksis after watching this as a kid. I love the characters and the story and since it was shot using puppets and not some weird CGI you can still watch it today without it looking weird. I was super excited that Best Buy came out with a steelbook version, the art is amazing.

This is one of those classic 80's films that everyone has seen, talked about and made memes about. Its just everywhere. After not seeing the movie in my 28 yr lifespan I decided to give it a try. I didn't like it. Too much cringe for me, which is weird because I really like those corny 80's movies like that. Maybe if I had watched this as a kid I might feel differently about it. I still feel like everyone should definitely watch it. The steelbook art on this is amazing though, so I'm glad I bought it.

I had high hopes for this movie but it fell flat. The soundtrack from the movie was amazing but the movie itself was disappointing. Watched once and will not watch again.

When I first saw the previews for this movie I didn't think it was going to be good. I didn't even go see it in theaters but now I wish I did. This movie is way better than I thought it was going to be. Sure, there are a couple cringy moments but they're easy to get through. I will definitely be watching this movie again. Also, the steelbook is pretty sexy.

The Best Movie I Never Knew Existed

I saw this movie for the first time this year and it blew me away. It is now one of my top favorite Halloween movies. Its got that good 80's weirdness and quirky humor. When I saw Best Buy was selling a steelbook version with an amazing cover I had to get it. Happy I did. This is a must buy.
