Software issues with certain vr titles

I have owed the Oculus rift s for a couple weeks now and it seemed great at first... But I keep experiencing connectivity issues when I load steam vr titles like beat saber, superhot vr and doom vfr. The Oculus rift s is supposed to be compatible with steam vr but It keeps crashing. I have purchased beat saber on the oculus store to see if it would run better and it ran fine. This makes me think it is not an issues with my pc but a software compatibility issue with steam. This is honestly a deal breaker for me as I love Steam as a platform for buying pc games. So if I can not resolve the issues I am having I plan on returning the device. I will then likely look in the HTC Vive cosmos witch will be coming out soon.
