Everything about this unit seems to be just right. Wife loves the position of the silverware drawer. Don't like the fact that the controls are on the top of the door requiring you to have to open the door in order to access them. Sometimes have to shut it off during a cycle to put additional items in .. scares me to open the door when it's full of water. Should have engineered a pause button accessible from the front. Works fine however.

Solid Product But Scratches and Dents

Stove looked great when delivered but it was not installed for 10 days due to kitchen remodel schedule. Once ready to install, removed protective film covering stainless front and found large scratches that were in fact hidden by the protective plastic coating. Someone must have known it was scratched when they put on protective film. Also drawer under oven has large dent on corner. Factories and warehouses need to train people better.

Kitchen remodel required new above the range microwave. So far only complaint is that the display looks outdated. Clock is always showing time but the LED display looks like a 90's alarm clock.Apparent dot looking numbers that are too closely spaced. It is above our new stove which has a more modern LED display making the microwave look even more dated. Unit seems to work well and was no challenge to the contractor installation.

Hi there, our GE washer keeps getting off balance when in the spin cycle. We just got it a month ago so I'm not sure why it's acting like an old washer.
Not much tolerance for out of balance condition. I dread when my wife washes the thin small blanket the cat sleeps on. You have to put towels in with it and even then, sometimes the washer bangs around and even moves some inches from it's original placement. The laundramat washer don't do this. Why can't I have one of those models???

We purchased the Samsung QN43Q60RAFXZA 43 inch version of the Samsung TV and also purchased this DVD player to hook up to it. It seems to work fine so far.
I must say the TV has an outstanding picture with or without the DVD player. The only complaint on the TV is that it has a glare problem. It was hard to watch TV with the Christmas tree lit in the room because the lights from the tree reflected like a mirror. The old TV that was replaced did not have that problem.

This gas line is required for successful hook-up of your new dryer in your home. Our delivery personnel will determine what type of gas line is needed based on your local housing code.
I have an existing copper gas line for my dryer, Can I use that line or will I be required to purchase a new one. The line is about 6 or 7 feet so the 4 foot wouldn't work.
Salesman told us we had to buy a new gas line from Best Buy or they would not install the dryer due to insurance reasons. I had a brand new (still in the package line from Home Depot left over from a kitchen remodel... Salesman said he could not use that .. it had to be from Best Buy). Just another sales gimmick.

Are the sides stainless steel or only the doors?
The entire door surface is stainless including the side edges of the doors ( except of course for any plastic hardware for handles etc.). However, the actual fridge cabinet is painted steel. Ours happens to be grey but our last unit was a black cabinet with stainless steel doors. If the sides of your fridge show beyond your cabinets, you will see the painted steel sides of the cabinet.
