I had a Note 4. Could not find a battery for it that would charge. After 14 batteries, I broke down and sprang for the Note 9. This phone is longer and slimmer than the Note 4. I bought a sideways holster and a protective case, but the phne would no fit in the case with the protective case on. So I bought a vertical holster that works. My Note 4 got terrible reception at my house. I could hear people who called but they could not hear me. This phone actually works.

I haven't put the washer through all its settings (delicates, hand wash/wool, sportswear, permanent press, tub clean, etc.)--in fact, I'e only done one wash. Although it was packed full, clothes all came out clean and because the washer is quite efficient at squeezing out the water, it didn't take long to dry.
