I got the Modem on same day I ordered it. Unplugged the old rented one from comcast and input this one. Took about 10 mins and this started to work. Tested phone service and it works, along with fax features too. I bought speeds for 250mbs and finally with this modem, I'm hitting the speed I bought. With this I'm also, saving money on rental. Would recommend to anyone who has comcast and has a phone service, to connect this modem.

The value you'll get from it depends entirely on your specific needs. If you're an Xfinity (Comcast) subscriber, intend to remain one, and want a simple, easy-to-set-up device that has provides pretty admirable speeds over a reasonable range, then this is the modem/router combo for you.
Speed is the high point with this device. I was consistently drawing down the max mbps on my Internet plan (I'm now contemplating upgrading to the gigabit option) with no drops. Upload speeds were impressive as well. This combo unit has pretty much made my old AC router obsolete based on the speeds I'm getting.

I am very happy with this product. It comes with S, M and L earplugs that you can switch to so that it is stuck in the ear to anyone. The sound is crystal clear and has never experienced the loss of contact with bluetooth. The battery life is super good which lasts for 4 hours in each charge. If you run out of power, you can just put it in the cradle that comes with it and charge 3 times full charge before charging the charger itself.
