Bestbuy has barebone shipping for single items so don't expect a non messed up steelbook. It was a great release but i had to get a new one because my slipcase was cut and there was a dent on the steelbook.

I ordered this online and it was the only one in stock as it is OOP. I purchased it for a discount but was not made aware that this item had been returned. It was a severely damaged product. The case looked like it had been kicked. the external case was cracked and fraying. The inner pages were ripped and bent. The discs were in good condition.

I'm at the point of returning this system. reason being is because the real speaker will not sink with the sub. Don't understand why Samsung haven't fix this issue. Plus I'm not the only one that run across this problem, so what other chose do I have?
