Truck took forever to get in the complex as they did not know how to read instruction to have the gate opened by me, the homeowner. They parked the truck right next to fire hydrant and would not move the truck even as told of violation, etc. Did not bring a tarp to make sure they don't dirty the new carpet - I had to do it for them. they did not clean up after delivery and installation. when they left, I noticed the lines were not installed properly as well as the washer was not balanced. I had to call service 5 times to get this right but they only balanced the unit- still other stuff was not done.

Great product. I used to have Trend Micro but I bought 2 new computers with embedded McAfee and the update and scanning was faster than Trend micro. I won't be installing the one I bought from best buy until January 2021 as my embedded one won't expire until then.

Excellent & beautiful product. Installation was okay but they charged $225 more than quoted price. Was very disappointed when Best Buy only paid $100 gift card for the overcharge if $225 , thereby costing me of actual $125 more than the quoted and agreed price.
I won’t be buy any more product that needs installation.
