I’ve bought many kinds of cases and I always hated how otter box cases were a bit uncomfortable when it came to the power or volume buttons on the sides it was rough and didn’t push easily. But these new cases I got for mine and my husband ProMax phones are GREAT! Super comfortable and durable and the side buttons work great not rough at all & they are very clean and clean looking so it shows off the color of my phone, I’m hoping with time the clean case doesn’t turn brownish like some tend to do but time will tell. It is a bit tougher than other cases when it comes to sliding your phone into case BUT I don’t mind it kinda makes me feel like it won’t pop off if I ever drop my phone like some case have before. So I highly recommend and the price is reasonably.

I always get mine sent to my email within 15-20 minutes after I purchase. I believe the longest I waited was an hour for one. I would recommend going over your purchase order make sure all the information you gave was correct & that it’s being sent to the right email. And maybe check your spam folder.
