Part of the New Line Platinum Series, the 2003 family film Secondhand Lions comes to DVD from Warner Home Video. The disc contains both widescreen and full-frame transfers. The English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround sound. Optional subtitles are available in English and Spanish. Director Tim McCanlies provides an audio commentary track. Also included are deleted and alternate scenes with optional director commentary and the featurettes "Secondhand Lions: One Screenplay's Wild Ride in Hollywood, " "On the Set With Secondhand Lions," and "Haley Joel Osment: An Actor Comes of Age." Other special features include theatrical trailers, TV spots, visual-effects comparisons, and DVD-ROM material. Recommended for family viewing.

I love this movie and have watched it several times over the years since it came out. The bonus features are fun as well. All the actors do a great job of bringing their characters to life.

I love the Santa Clause 2 and really enjoyed most of the plot although it does have some aspects I didn’t enjoy as much. Overall I really enjoy it though and watch it nearly every year.

Spanish subtitles are accessible, and the English soundtrack is closed captioned. Supplemental materials include a trivia game and a pair of featurettes. Those with a DVD-ROM drive can access additional featurettes and a screensaver for PC. This is a solid release from Disney/Buena Vista.

I love Tim Allen as Santa in this movie and how the legend of Santa comes to life in this film. I watch this movie every year on Christmas Eve.

I loved this movie! It was a sweet , funny, feel good movie that I now watch at least once every year for the holidays to be complete. Alicia Witt is a really good actress and I always give her movies a try.

I always look forward to watching the new Hallmark Christmas Movies and these met my expectations. I especially loved A Very Merry Mix Up & Hitched For The Holidays.
