Poor Poor Experience

I have had Microwaves installed, TV's delivered, Freezers installed. All were great experiences with Best Buy! Not this one though!
- Wouldn't install the washer/dryer on the first attempt for delivery due to the fact that I didn't buy my connections from Best Buy. No big deal right? Wrong! I went and bought the connections needed from Best Buy on the next delivery and they said it was the wrong one! Best Buy support line was the one who told me this one so how could it be wrong?
- On top of this they ran over my mailbox and didn't even come in to tell me. Just drove off and it took weeks to get payment to fix it.

Overall I love Best Buy products and service but I won't be buying a washer and dryer again from them.

I ended up returning this product, not because it didn't work, but because the installation company said it was too LONG for my dryer connection. It didn't make a lot of sense to me as it literally says "0" to 18"". Not sure if that shows poorly on the installation company or if the product description is wrong. Just want to make everyone aware.
