By now, everyone knows the long and unlikely journey of Zack Snyder’s Justice League(ZSJL). Here’s my two cents. First, I enjoy both Marvel and DC universes equally. Yes, some are better than others but I enjoy them both. In MY opinion, ZSJL is one of the greatest superhero movies of all time. After FINALLY getting permission by Warner Brothers to complete his vision, Zack Snyder has given movie audiences a superhero masterpiece. It is a 4 hour movie broken down into 6 parts and a epilogue. I found the movie to be very engrossing. It’s an investment to watch but really is no different than binge watching your favorite tv shows. The 4K blu-ray is visually stunning and a dolby atmos treat. Crank it up, ZSJL will rock your home theater setup. I was fortunate to get the 4 disc steelbook edition that contains two 4K blu- ray discs and two blu ray discs. Extras are limited to a 25 minute making of feature. I wish there were more including Justice is Gray version. Not everyone is a fan of Mr. Snyder’s movies and that’s fine. To each his own. But if your a fan of the genre, have an open mind, you’ll understand the story Mr. Snyder has been trying to tell since Man of Steel. Zack Snyder’s Justice League simply put is one of the greatest superhero movies of all time.

Finally, after years of waiting, the original Star Trek crew is on 4K Blu-ray…..it’s about time. As a big fan of the original series, I’m very happy. This set includes Star Trek: The Motion Picture, Star Trek II : The Wrath of Khan, Star Trek III: The Search For Spock and Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. The 4K discs look spectacular. The audio, while not Dolby Atmos is still very good. The regular blu ray discs I believe are remastered but I could be wrong. This is a must buy for fans of the series. Bring on the next set. I’ve never seen Scott Pilgrim versus the World before and I must say that I’m pleasantly surprised. The tasks Scott is challenged with are formidable but he is able to find a way. The movie looks good in 4K and the audio is also good. I love the steelbook.

Speed(1994) staring Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock, is a thrill ride of an action movie. Finally out on 4K Blu-ray disc, Speed has outstanding visuals and a good audio track. The lack of dolby atmos is ridiculous. Highly entertaining and a blast from the 90’s, highly recommended. Steelbook is nice too.

The sharpness of this faux 4k projector is amazing. This model has better contrast than the new true 4k models which makes this a better model in my opinion. HDMI handshake is really slow which is probably the biggest negative.

Greetings. I’m taking a long look at this projector. Did you happen to compare the JVC with Sony 4K projectors? Would you be so kind to explain why you chose this projector? Is it noisy when e-shift is engaged? Is bright enfor HDR? Difficult to setup? Etc.. My room is mostly light controlled but I will watch TV (projector) with some lights. I will be seating 14 feet from a 120 inch screen. How close do you have it mounted? Sorry for so many questions but I would really appreciate your assistance.
