Good freezer, as long as it works

We bought this freezer to store some of our extra food, as well as pumped milk for our newborn, and it worked rather well for this use. A chest freezer isn't the most convenient solution, but it's a more efficient design. Everything was fine for a while, until it has now just started failing on us. Once back in July 2021, and just today in October 2021.
About the best thing going for it is that it's cheap, but don't expect it to last. Ours lasted about a year and a half, and now we're looking at just replacing it because servicing it will cost more than it's worth.

Good steel case, as usual

I had this in my possession a total of one day. It's good quality, as usual for steel cases from preorder bonuses, but unfortunately since the steel case was associated with my PC preorder of the game, when I canceled that version, I was charged $20 for the case.
I kept my Xbox One preorder, but after going in to talk to my local Best Buy's staff, I was informed that there was no way to keep the case without being charged for it, even though I had another preorder that I kept. Unfortunately, I couldn't return the case for a refund, because the case didn't return for the amount I was charged (it rang up as $0). So they had to refund part of my payment for the Xbox One copy of the game instead.
So basically, the case is neat, but if you ever receive one of these as part of a preorder bonus, do not cancel or try to return your preorder, because they'll charge you for it.

I'm sure it's a good camera, but it doesn't work

I'll explain.
Setting up the camera physically is very easy since all it takes is a power source and WiFi. The trouble comes in when you try to connect this camera to WiFi. I'm sure it works on some home WiFi networks, but I couldn't for the life of me get it to work at all.
SimpliSafe support didn't provide much help at all, since the camera couldn't establish a connection. I tried everything ranging from setting an exception in my network for the camera using the IP address and MAC address (which isn't easy since it's all guesswork), setting the camera up on a Guest network, removing all security requirements from the network, and more.
Nothing worked, and all support suggested was to do a factory reset on my router. I still don't know if it's an issue with my router, my modem, or my ISP. I'd love to use the camera, but it's non-functional.

Good mouse, hate the software

As with any peripheral from the big manufactures lately (Razer, Corsair, Logitech, etc), the quality is amazing. My wife didn't really care for the idea of a new mouse, but after getting her this one, she doesn't want to ever go back to a standard mouse.
She loves the adjustable scroll wheel and DPI, as well as the fact that it's wired and comfortable for her grip style. The extra map-able buttons are awesome too for what's she's using it for, so that's an added bonus. Perhaps the only downside is that like many of the other big manufacturer's, Razer requires the download of their software to handle the lighting effects. While it doesn't appear that Razer's software is as bloaty as Corsair's equivalent at least, it's still frustrating.
Good mouse, but I wish it didn't require the software. Then again, I don't know how it would work without it, so I guess I can't complain too much.
