This TV is amazing. Even with the hassle I had to deal with getting my CX replaced with this. I got a 65' at first but got damaged during delivery so i decided to upgrade to a 77'. The best thing I got from this was the price at $3,009.99 no sales tax. Other than that, this TV is perfect for gaming and movies.

I’ve had several items covered under Best Buy Protection over the years, and it’s definitely worth it. When something breaks or stops working, the claim process is simple and fast. This controller feels amazing right out of the box. The build quality is top-notch—solid, comfortable, and with just the right weight. The Hall Effect sticks are super smooth with zero drift, and the triggers feel incredibly responsive. I also love that it’s wired for zero input lag, and the 1000Hz polling rate really shows during gameplay. The customizable faceplates and remappable buttons are a nice bonus too. Works perfectly on my Xbox Series X and PC. Easily one of the best controllers in its price range.

Frustrating delivery experience despite great TV

The LG G5 OLED itself is an incredible TV — amazing picture quality, color accuracy, and HDR performance. However, the delivery experience through Best Buy was one of the worst I’ve ever had.
My original delivery date was missed without notice. I was given conflicting information from multiple reps — one even told me it was “canceled as high risk” without my knowledge. I had taken the day off work and prepped for the delivery that never came.
When the replacement finally arrived, the TV was transported on its side in the back of a pickup truck, which Best Buy employees had earlier refused to allow me to do myself, citing risk of damage. Sure enough, the back panel ended up warped and loose.
Customer service offered only an exchange or refund, and refused to take accountability for the poor handling and lack of communication. I’m now proceeding with an exchange, but after this experience, I’ll likely purchase future TVs elsewhere.
The TV deserves 5 stars — but the service and delivery process barely earn 1.

horrible service. got a text this morning saying it was on its way with a link for tracking. by 3pm i called geek squad. rep said that it was cancelled yesterday (I was never notified) of "High Risk". no explanation. I called back 30 minutes later and another rep told me that they do no cancel orders because of the customer being home that has to take a day off from work. told me to wait until 730pm because it shows that its out for delivery. rep also said there were no notes on it being cancelled or high risk. I waited until 730pm. no TV. I took a day off work, took my other heavy tv off to be ready for the new on and I didnt get it. If I have to reschedule, it would be in November. this customer is not satisfied. horrible service.

You can get the best dolby atmos if you want to spend $3000 or more. This sounds amazing to me for what I paid for. being able to turn up your upfiring speakers is awesome. listening to a demo where it rains. sounds like its raining on you. movies will never sound the same. only problem i had with it is connecting it with wifi and it saying "searching" non stop. what i did to fix that is when it ask if you hear the tone. press the power button on the soundbar and boom, you are in. it was driving me nuts. other than that. awesome soundbar system.

After spending some time with this product i have decided to return it. main issue was the upfiring speakers where crackling a lot. a lot of the movies that had stuff above head like rain never came through the upfiring speakers (soundbar and rear). could just be the movie cause the demos worked just fine. The always searching when trying to connect wifi sucked. there is an easy way around it but the app on the phone also wasnt that good. I actually upgraded to the Nakamichi ultra 9.2 and this one is a beast! way better than the Vizio. i would change this to a 3 or 3 1/2. Not a bad system.

This TV is listed as a 120hz tv but it's actually a 60hz tv.
Any device, 4k blu ray, Xbox X, Playstation 4 will produce 60hz.
This is the lowest it can go and is no different than a $200 tv.
With an external Netflix account, played through the tv internet app is the only way top achieve 120hz.
It's stutters when watching movies or playing games.
It also sits below the LG Soundbars so they all block the screen.
Difficult to navigate and tv like to grey out options and makes you dig for them.
I exchanged it for a Samsung

Movies are only 24hz and games are only 60hz. this TV is native 120hz. you can achieve the 120hz on Xbox one x if you lower it to 1080p or 1440p. Even next-gen consoles won't achieve 4k 120hz. When I look for a TV for gaming I look for input lag. plus movies on OLED are awesome!
