I asked for a consultation on best placement and set up for a new TV I planned on ordering through Best Buy, which included upgrading the internet connectivity because of the new smart TV. The guys who came to the house were knowledgable, but the proposal they came up with was way, way over the top in bells and whistles and price. I have Total Tech, but was told that would not bring me any kind of discount. When I asked for a scaled-down proposal, the Magnolia Home rep never got back to me. Very disappointing, and not consistent with my usual great experience with Best Buy.
