We had a Onkyo receiver that we purchased 17 years ago and it finally went out on us. Read a few reviews about this one and noticed a lot of good comments. A lot of the people that purchased it also had Onkyo receivers and said that it was like the ones they had but a little better. Gave it a try and ended up liking it better then the old one we had. The one thing I liked the most was how it came with a sensor to configure the speaker distance from the listening area on its own. Much easier then trying to do it on your own. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Does it have am and fm and can I hook up older speakers
Yes, when we purchased ours we had speakers that were 17 years old. Hooked them up and they worked fine found out that it was our receiver not the speakers that went out. After we had purchased new speakers lol
