I bought this plan to get help with a data transfer, which cost $100. Couldn't get an appointment for several days, and in that time had figured out how to do it myself. My local Best Buy added other Geek Squad purchases on to the bill for the data transfer, none of which I wanted or needed. After two chatbots, two live chats, and a couple of phone calls I finally got the whole mess, including the service contract, refunded.
