Whenever I get this free offer from Best Buy and Apple TV, there is always some reason why I can't redeem it. I had not had a subscription to Apple TV for almost a year.
And I still couldn't redeem this offer.

Nice size TV with a great picture. It still has glare, but it's not terrible.
I use it for gaming, sports, movies, and TV. A very diverse TV.
The new remote is better than the one for the C3.
I recommend leaving the TV in Cinema or OLED Care Theater mode. Because selecting to brighten the picture or increase the dynamic contrast is bad for your vision.
I had the brightness and dynamic range increased for only a month or so. And I started to get blurry vision in doors and out of doors.
But I turned all of that off. And the picture is better, and it's better for your eyesight.

LG does need to find a better way for remotes to work with the LG TV they come with and not control a second TV in the room.
The LG app is not sufficient and the remotes are not TV specific.

I got this TV on sale, and I’m happy with the quality and price I paid.
The anti-glare needs to be improved.
I like thin TVs. This TV is so thin I hope LG reinforced the screen because there is not much to grab on to, and the screen being pinched is a major concern.
The box is also the size of a 55” 4K LED TV. It’s a giant box for a 48” TV. I appreciate the OLED being packaged safely. The box is quite large is all.

Great picture. The remote and navigating the screen are smooth and easy. There was some error that was happening when I had the TV set to the home screen when it was turned on. And I also had it on the energy efficient start-up. I turned off the energy efficient start up and switched the TV start-up screen to the other option than the Vizio Home Screen. TV has not had the error message after start up and other glitches seem to be fixed. Vizio also put out an update that may have helped fix those issues.
Great picture for the price though. It is unbelievably better than my Samsung-8 series and LG-8000 (?) /LG-8 series.
The TV speakers are better than other TVs too.
Vizio has good customer service too. I'm happy with this purchase.

I'm glad I bought this when I bought the OLED Switch. It is nice to have a protective case for the gaming system. Plus it has cool cover art. There is storage for two games inside. It can also be used to create a movie stand for your Switch so you can play the game just using the controllers. I have not tried that though. I like playing it on a big TV or with the Switch put together.

Excellent game and very fun to play. I like that it lets you play the game how you want. You don't have to fight bad guys until you want to. You are free to roam and gain weapons and strength while fighting some lower-level bad guys. Lots of climbing and flying and skydiving. It's like playing the movie Conan the Barbarian with some flying and skydiving and magic. I'm terrible at video games so I recommend watching videos online to help with the game.

Great gaming system with multiple ways to play. The OLED screen is excellent. I bought this with Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and it has been a lot of fun. I highly recommend watching videos on the internet because video games are difficult but a little help and some visual guides go a long way to making it more fun. It is still frustrating but also more fun to play with the help from watching videos on the internet.

Disappointed. I’m not sure how to explain it other than the director and writer took the funnest and most heartfelt franchise and turned it into a bloody film with horror overtones. I’m not sure if I’ll ever watch it again. It’s not a Guardians movie. I don’t know what it is.

I owned a VIZIO 1080P Smart TV that required zero maintenance in 6 1/2 years. I have had a Sharp 4K Smart TV for two years that has worked perfectly. Both VIZIO and Sharp are user friendly.
Samsung is high maintenance. That has been my experience after owning it for two months. It looks like a great TV. But something has been wrong with my contrast and colors. I had best buy come out and diagnosis. Then they put in a new part. While also telling me that the real problem was something called "calibration." Calibration is fine tuning. This was a major color and contrast issue. It felt like bad-form on the geek squads part by trying to get me to sign-up for a $250 calibration service. Bad-form geek squad. Fix the issue. Don't sell me something I don't need. My Sharp out of the box is better than my Samsung out of the box. Samsung should be better out of the box. If you want to calibrate it to take it to the next level, then that's a different conversation.
Now that best buy has replaced the part, the TV is still not working. I have to have Samsung techs come out because if you have geek squad work on your Samsung TV, the two entities are not going to communicate to each other. Obviously. So I wasted an entire month by using best buy geek squad. I also bought a 5-year geek squad plan. It feels like more wasted money now.
Anyways, I'm not a Samsung person. But if you are, have Samsung fix your TV under the 1-year warranty plan. Also, ask about calibration when purchasing TVs. Whatever that is.
A very disappointing consumer experience.

Thanks for the heads up about updating my firmware. I'm from the stone-age. I wasn't aware of updates. You make a bad TV and sell it as a high end quality picture. I'm well aware of how to adjust a picture using the brightness and contrast controls. Thanks for telling me something I learned in the 90s. I used a tune-up app. During the picture adjustment, the brightness does not show the THX symbol at all. The display or screen or TV is bad. Don't insult me with your response like I don't know what I'm doing. Make a decent TV.

What I saw in the promo and have seen in the store is called raw 4K or raw HD. It is compressed through the apps I guess or cable lines. Whatever. The problem with my TV was that there was no contrast. I really don't know what fixed it but I'm getting the kind of picture quality I expected for 4K movies. I can see some detail in dark areas but it is obviously not an OLED or QLED picture. I wasn't expecting that. I was expecting a pretty good picture that would keep me entertained while staying home.
Best Buy came out twice. They replaced the mainboard and that didn't fix it. I did factory resets and picture resets and smart hub resets. That didn't fix it. I had Samsung's techs come out once. They did nothing but also nothing changed. I asked for a more advanced tech. I did a Smart Hub reset the night before Samsung's tech was coming out for a second time. It fixed the 4K pictures that were too dark to watch like any DC Batman or even The Amazing-Spiderman or Men in Black. I don't know if it was that last Smart Hub reset or an auto-update of firmware. But the picture is what I expected, and if it looked like this from the beginning, I never would have made a fuss.
Knowing what I know now, I would recommend a person pay the extra bit of money and get a Samsung 8 Series (whatever the newest 8 series is). The 8 Series is supposed to be excellent for 4K movies.
