In January 2016, I purchased a Visio TV which stated experiencing some issues a few weeks ago from the TV randomly turning itself off and on to the pre-installed apps constantly freezing. After returning home from work, I turned on my TV and the screen went completely black. I contacted Visio for assistance who refused to honor their extended warranty, so I had no other choice but to search for a new TV.
After browsing various brands of TVs, I decided on this model because of the beautiful design, the number of pre-installed apps and features as well as the number of excellent reviews found on the Best Buy website and several others. I have had my new TV for about a week now and I can confirm that I am beyond happy with my purchase and Samsung has a customer in me for life.
