So I bought this camera the same time I bought the doorbell, doorbell hooked up no problem at all but with this guy.... the thing could never connect. Come to figure out it was the entire camera itself. I took it back and exchanged for the same one and it connected no problem at all. I had gotten it installed and everything and about a week into using it it just randomly disconnected and was a pain in the rear to get it connected again. I didn’t think that it would happen again but about another week later it did the same thing. Disconnected. Very unsatisfied with this product. Love the doorbell though.
