Poor sound and odd length wire

The sound was non existent as was the bass and the wire...I feel like I must have missed something because it hung down below my shoulders...was I supposed to wrap the wire around something? I don’t know, but I returned and bought AirPods, so I guess I don’t really need to know now :/

Since day 1, I thought they looked cool, but have never had a good experience with this style of headphone. Apple has definitely changed my perspective. There’s more bass in these then most of the cheaper wireless headphones I’ve tried and the tap features and Siri/phone call capabilities make it to where you forget you are wearing them!
