I originally purchased an open box. The issue was with HDMI ARC. I stream from my TVs built in apps and every issue I had with this unit was with HDMI ARC. I found out that there was an issue with this unit. Magnolia rep told me that there is a “ sr6012 v.2 “ available. I returned the open box v.1 and bought a new v.2. No major issues with the unit. Plenty of power driving 9 speakers for Dolby Atmos and DTS X. It has preouts for external amplification.
