[Employee of bestbuy] This TV had good aesthetics going for it, but that’s about where this ends. The on board TV speakers are atrocious, having to be turned up more than halfway to hear any show. On my previous LG UR8000 I could have the TV at 20 or 30% and get the same volume. And while the Matte finish on the TV is nice for no glare, that’s about where the good picture ends. On a simple TCL Roku TV you’ll find a better picture on that LED than this QLED. Very poor performance for the price and quality
