I have always used Samsung phones since 2012! For years I never really had any issues with my previous phones but the S23+ I got last year is not as good as my last phone which was S9. I Used my S9 for years very durable and reliable. But now, only 7 months in my S23+ keeps crashing. I wonder why. I expected it to be far better kinda sad about the issue to be honest. I still love Samsung though!

I have not used this product that long it has not been a year yet but it keeps shutting down and disconnects from my device. I am never able to connect it with my macbook as well. Was too busy to report the issue never got a chance to call anyone at customer service for this. And haven't used it lately:-(

Will these ear buds read my text messages? Can I turn the volume up and/or down by the buds?
You can adjust the volume by taps but not very precise. Kind of a hassle actually. As for reading texts and the like, you can check this on your phone's settings. I am not 100% sure but I think you have to find handsfree settings or something like that to get that feature to work.
