Fun film, great overall image

The plot is sensible and pacing is well done. Some great set pieces and action. This film really looks great when the IMAX scenes open up to a full screen image (on television) and a high amount of detail and clarity is always present on faces and clothes. Some cg effects aren't as convincing, with a softness not helping. But it usually looks great. Lastly the sound is clean, dynamic and moves smoothly across all channels matching what plays on screen properly.

The film itself was very intense and very well acted, picture was clean and clear, a lot of detail, almost to 4k levels. The main attraction to buying this specifically aside from the movie being very good would have to be the beautiful steelbook. It looks and feels great. Definitely pick this up if you see it.

If you like bad boys you know if you should get this or not. Great audio and surprisingly decent picture quality. Can't beat the price for two movies, and in a steel book to boot. Even if you haven't seen these movies you likely won't regret the purchase.

Okay movie, wonderful picture and sound quality

The movie itself was interesting and had some cool actions but definitely felt like a rushed story that should have been paced through multiple films. If I rated purely based on the movie I would have given a 2.5, however I am rating based on the disc itself and this is without a doubt in the top 3 of my best 4k discs. At times it is so sharp it is almost unreal, but it really does look that good. Sound design is also excellent and if nothing else it is a good disc to buy to really see how movies should look on your fancy new 4k tv.
