What you are buying UHD player for. Not only no problems, but actually improved my large-set TV experience. I am able to use the player to stream some apps that the LG will not load, and of course the disc-source picture is really (really!) great. A suitable HDMI cord is included, even though I'm not sure the box says so.

My first Ultra HD movie, and pretty much as advertised. Lots of detail, shading in the dark areas of the frame, and great sound.
Still just a little short of theatre level, though--at this point you have to wonder if the the fastest action can ever be perfectly rendered on a TV.

The 85W MagSafe 2 Power Adapter features a magnetic DC connector so if someone should trip over it, the cord disconnects harmlessly and your MacBook Pro stays put safely. It also helps prevent fraying or weakening of the cables over time. In addition, the magnetic DC helps guide the plug into the system for a quick and secure connection. When the connection is secure, an LED located at the head of the DC connector lights up; an amber light lets you know that your laptop is charging, while a green light tells you that you have a full charge. An AC cord is provided with the adapter for maximum cord length, while the AC wall adapter (also provided) gives you an even easier and more compact way to travel.

Suitable to the task. Fast enough, nice screen. Essentially a PC replacement, but no optical drive. May be larger and heavier than you need if you intend to carry it around a lot, but the large screen is nice. Can be used like a tablet, but a bit clumsy in that configuration. Happy with it so far.
