3 discs! That's a lot of content for a steelbook alone. Army of Darkness gives us more on the story of the hero Ash. It is fun and just silly at times but a good chapter to the evil dead trilogy. It ties the show as well. Some may not appreciate it, but the ED franchise turned more into humorous horror after ED2 and this follows nicely.

The movie is okay. No need to explain Myers' background or childhood. That's what makes him purely simply evil. He is not a boy with a tough life and turns evil. He was born from evil. Good steelbook addition especially since the OG steelbook is out too.

Considering there is nothing New on the actual discs themselves, the steelbook and the digital copies alone make up for the cost. It is a nice collection to add. Wish it was the book for the 4K but still amazing nonetheless.

This one is a personal favorite from any horror movie. The appearance of Karloff as the misunderstood monster of Frankenstein makes this movie even more spectacular. Elsa Lanchester steals the show with in the few minutes of screen time she is in, making the bride just as memorable as the monster itself. The steelbook art and digital copy is icing on a already great treat of a film.
