The 100w rms/300w max with these speakers seems to me like these speakers can handle more than what any head unit could provide, so these should benefit from an amplifier? What amplifier would be the best fit for what these speakers can handle? Thank you.
I would go with the same brand amplifier. Kicker makes great amplifiers. I’ve personally used Rockford Fosgate Amps with larger Kicker or Redline speakers
The wattage on amplifiers in my opinion , does not have to be exact matching of speakers max wattage. Moreover , the more wattage amplifier and of a brand name , the more expensive. It is better sound quality to have correct wattage max rated to amp , but keep in mind when you go over max rated speakers will blow !

Looking to put these in my 2018 Toyota Camry SE to replace the basic stock speakers for the front and rear. Without changing the receiver, is there any issues with powering these since the 90db rated?
There shouldn’t be but that s depending on how many other speakers and your radio head unit wattage output. The wattage x ? is the output . For example 35 w x 4 from receiver head unit would be 35 watts to each of four speakers
Now if you pair up or bridge wires oHmage etc will change
2 speakers would be @ 70 watts each.
