Incredible value for this screen. Assembly was tedious, but not difficult. A second set of hands helped stretch the screen so I didn't overstretch the springs. Once it was on the wall, it made my Epson 4010 come alive! One hint - for what ever reason, Best Buy puts a different price on this every couple of days. If you aren't in a hurry, wait for them to drop it. I was able to get it right at half price! Still, it would be a good deal at full price.

So far so good - though it's only been installed a week. Reviews on this fridge are great or terrible. I purchased this to go with a complete kitchen aid kitchen. Hoping it lasts for years to come. Picking it up at the store was a nightmare, they were not equipped at all to load it into a pick up truck. 4 guys picked it up and placed it in the truck, barely, almost dropping it. Once on the tailgate, they refused to move it any further, so I had to push it in and strap it down. My advice, get it delivered.

Debated between this and an Ipad pro. Went with the surface to interface easier with MS applications. So far I really like it - writing on it with the MS pen has become fairly natural. Keyboard is excellent. The touch screen is excellent. The bad - battery life is terrible - about 7 hrs tops. I also hate that they removed the physical buttons from the mouse pad. I often set one finger on the pad to click, but the Surface sees that as using two fingers and activates the zoom function instead.
Over all, I'm happy with the Surface Pro.

You have to use a receiver with HDMI pass thru - or a receiver with optical audio input. Unfortunately, it has no bluetooth and no audio outputs. Its HDMI or optical.

Whats the return policy for this item in case it doesn’t work for me?
Best buy wants 15% restocking fee. I returned mine due to it being defective (wouldn't connect through bluetooth) and they tried hard to stick me with the 15% fee. After speaking with a manager, I finally convinced them that I wasn't paying a restocking fee for a defective product. The returned my full purchase price. If you are just returning it because you don't like it - I would imagine you would have an uphill battle.

I have a K575 I knocked off the counter once (looks all beat up but it still works). I would like to replace it with a newer model but I need to know if the new ones have that stupid optical sensor that makes sure you use "genuine" K-Cups.
