Scheduled a home delivery, the product wasn't on the truck the day it was supposed to be delivered. Delivery was pushed out a few weeks, then the morning it was supposed to be delivered a second time, the driver called to tell me that his delivery partner was tested positive for COVID, and wouldn't be delivering it that day. I changed and picked it up at the store.

Great picture - but no sound

I purchased this on a whim (something I never do) on a Friday night to do an outdoor movie night during COVID. Got it home, hung a sheet on the side of the barn, connected up a bluetooth soundbar, and had a great movie night. The next night, I pulled it back out, exact same setup - could not connect to the soundbar. I tried another bluetooth speaker, and two bluetooth headphones. It could see them, but would not pair with them. Other devices paired just fine with those speakers. I tried for an hour and gave up. Next morning, I tried again, still wouldn't pair. I gave up and returned it. I'm sure this was just a fluke, but it turned me off to it. I'm going to spend some more time researching and probably spend a bit more on the next one. I will say, the picture for just being on a white bedsheet was stunning! Wouldn't complain a bit about that.

Full disclosure, I purchased this to replace a dishwasher that probably cost $100 fifteen years ago. That said, this dishwasher is awesome. Very quiet, 3 racks, quality is top notch, hopefully it is built to last as well.
I purchased this as an open box buy, about 50% off, due to "minor damage". It took me about 5 minutes going over it to find a small 1/2" dent in the back of the outer casing. Nothing that affects function or looks once installed. Thank you Best Buy for discounting something that otherwise would have been well out of my price range.

How can I connect to speaker with HDMI cable from this projector
You have to use a receiver with HDMI pass thru - or a receiver with optical audio input. Unfortunately, it has no bluetooth and no audio outputs. Its HDMI or optical.

Whats the return policy for this item in case it doesn’t work for me?
Best buy wants 15% restocking fee. I returned mine due to it being defective (wouldn't connect through bluetooth) and they tried hard to stick me with the 15% fee. After speaking with a manager, I finally convinced them that I wasn't paying a restocking fee for a defective product. The returned my full purchase price. If you are just returning it because you don't like it - I would imagine you would have an uphill battle.

I have a K575 I knocked off the counter once (looks all beat up but it still works). I would like to replace it with a newer model but I need to know if the new ones have that stupid optical sensor that makes sure you use "genuine" K-Cups.
