I purchase this over the magic keyboard for two reasons, I had the Microsoft surface prior so I enjoy the kick stand experience (though I would prefer the Surface keyboard more) and the function keys. Quite expensive in comparison, upcharge apple fee

Worse Installation Experience

The installation experience would be 0 stars because they refuse to install it noting multiple claims on 3 VISITS. Why? Because its upstairs; they don't want to haul it upstairs. They even refuse the haul away of the old unit noting the valve may "burst" if they disconnect the old washer. Best Buy contracts a third party in SoCal area and they are the absolute worse.

Complimented as the Tesla of washer and dryer. Touch control, aesthetically pleasing, and wifi enabled/smart washer makes this appliance look and feel modern. This unit replaced a 7 year old Samsung washer that was giving the infamous ND error code. The notification of time to completion of the washing cycle is a nice touch. The soil, spin, and temp is adjusted from 1 to 5. What I enjoy GREATLY is the Optiwash and the detergent/softener dispenser. The detergent/softener is able to fill up, according to the manual, 20 loads. The Optiwash dispenses the amount of detergent and softener it thinks the cloths need. This amount can be adjusted from default x 1 but I increased the amount to x 2. The knock off star is the high-efficiency claim. This is NOT high efficiency washer compared to older generations. ALL my Optiwash cloths run through one cycle and the notification on the APP notifies the cloths are extra soiled requiring another rinse/wash (essentially another cycle), and the cloths are not covered in debris or dirt, just normal every day wear.

This unit replaced a 7 year old Samsung dryer that wasn't broken, just old and looking for a new unit to replace it because of the washing machine that was paired with it was breaking down. The notification of time to completion of the drying cycle is a nice touch. The dry, spin, and temp is adjusted from 1 to 5. The normal drying cycle (dry 3) was enough to dry cloths such typical t shirts and shorts, but not enough for thicker material like heavier cotton sweatshirts. I'm lazy and just dry all my cloths together at 4. The lint filter removes more lint than the prior dryer.
