Sure, it~s great for Netflix, the big game and the real housewives of wherever. But the U7G is made for the gamers. It~s got our exclusive ULED technologies, 4K resolution, Quantum Dot Color, Dolby Vision HDR, Full Array Local Dimming zones and Android TV operating system. On top of all that, we added a 120Hz Native panel for smoother, more fluid motion and HDMI 2.1, Variable Refresh Rate and Auto Low Latency Mode for gaming. The U7G also has up to 1,000 nits peak brightness, which makes HDR ~pop~ and means the picture is lit no matter how bright the room. All this looks great on paper. Now think how much better it would look on this TV.

Very good screen. Enough brightness for HDR content, 4K resolution, decent contrast, and good motion handling. Hooked up to my gaming PC, it plays well. Games, movies, and sports all look great. Wish I would have waited a couple months, as the Hisense U8G (the next step up) is currently $20 less than what I paid for this set. But that's a me issue, and no fault of the TV's. Definitely recommend if your budget is where the TV is priced at.

A great midrange TV for Movies and the PS5

Excellent screen with good black levels, accurate colors, great motion handling, and decent viewing angles. Sports look great, 24p movies look amazing, and steaming content shine. The HDR implementation is very good. Everything that PS5 has to offer (120hz, VRR, 4k) works fine, and with Dolby Vision coming soon in an update, this TV will get a bump that competitors won't because of the XR chip in the TV.

Good television set, but a bit pricey for the features that my particular unit lacked. The voice command didn't work for Bixby, Alexa, or Assistant. It was a deal breaker for me personally, since I didn't want to hook up a separate HTPC or streaming box. The viewing angles are nice, but the colors are a bit washed out overall having that this is the lowest grade QLED that Samsung offers. If you're looking at the lower end of the spectrum, consider Hisense or TCL as they'll have better products in the same price range.
