Can I use these for work at home with the 8X8 all in one communication program from my laptop? I just need a good wireless headphone with mic and a way to answer the call or hang up. Thank you.
As a telecom engineer this should work fine with your “soft phone” or program. Most likely you’ll need to check the program settings and select this headset as your default Bluetooth device. You may find that some features like auto answer and disconnect are limited by the program not the headset. Used mine for calls on different systems.
