After researching for a month, I decided to purchase this washer and I’m glad I did! It looks great and clean clothes very well! I also purchased the 6 inch riser which is nice! It raises the washer a little higher. Please ensure you remove the “Shipping bolts” on the back of the machine before use. Our delivery guy failed to do so which caused the machine rock/vibrate. Samsung customer care is A1! Also love Samsung apps that lets me start and stop the washer from my phone. I can also track usage thru the app
