Love my new computer, after 1st couple of uses there was some freezing/lag though. After resetting computer began running smoothly. Touch screen works effortlessly, playing games on computer does increase fan and heat a bit. Microsoft word,/note freezes from time to time still but its an app glitch not computer, Bluetooth connection to pen and mouse is effortlessly quick. No extreme problems after 1 month of use
