I possibly ended up with a lemon but nonetheless, by far the worst computer I have ever bought… over heating was a chronic issue with this one. It was a computer at its best which is fine but for the price I got it I could have bought something off eBay for the same quality for 200$… I liked the tablet use of it but it ended up with ghost touches after a year so that was no longer useful. It’s keyboard stopped functioning after the warranty wore off. I had to repair it myself several times and it ended up being more money than it was worth. Very light weight which is nice. All in all, wouldn’t recommend to anyone who wishes for a computer with a good life expectancy. Nice display though and battery life was great. Just very bad hardware it seems…

Joy on drift but everything else is alright

Not what I was expecting for such a hyped product. The drift is very real with the joycons and I had to purchase cons separately multiple times since a certain company won’t fix it... It’s a fragile product but at the same time it’s cosmetic fragility. The chord that came with it for charging is very durable and never seems to become faulty which is always a plus in the case of cord use. Battery life could be much better but that’s not too bad since it charges rather quickly. All in all, joycon drift is ultimately the only flaw on this piece that greatly hinders its quality.

I’m guessing you are talking about geek squad services? If so then yes, When I purchased mine they offer it upfront with the added fee. Price varies depending on what the object is. (I think you can still attempt to put it on. However, they should’ve offered it up front when you purchased it, bring this up with them and see if there is anything they can do.)
