I was hesitant to purchase as I wasn’t sure how much I would use it, and people complained about the weight and lag time. Felt good out of the box. No lag time. Sticks like glue to my iPad when not in use, but releases easily when I want to use it. Highly recommend.

Bought excellent open box, $ 1822.00 was sent a box with no packing inside, crumbs and some sticky liquid on the unit and no cables in box. Was told they could not do anything but return the unit. Returned and went to Apple store.

how do i change the battery? how do i know which model it is when the remote just says logitech upper center
Look at the bottom of your remote on the front take your thumb , push down and out. It’s a little stiff but it will open. It’s a button battery. As to your model number, it should have been on your packaging. Might be in with the battery too but I’m not sure.
