Best Buy had third party "install" this dishwasher and the team that came out, scratched the unit. They left abruptly and told us that they were going to call their boss to have it replaced, but nothing they could do about it. After 2 weeks of having not heard from them we contacted Best Buy Support which then we were told that they could do nothing unless we came in store while the stores were closed for internal customers.... Only now have we noticed that they didn't even install the unit because it now falls forward when we open the door.
Call Best Buy Support and they will do nothing to help with their third parties incompetence unless I pay them $99. Absolute mess.

If you purchase a Surface Tablet I wouldn't go without the keyboard. Some things you just can't do without the keyboard. It is worth the money and time. I found this one open box and immediately scooped it up. Makes some navigation and selection easier to do.

If you are looking for a quick and easy webbook this is the right one to go with. I immediately took it out of A Mode which makes the Surface Go a computer instead of a glorified tablet and it doesn't do a bad job. I don't use it for software or apps but for we browsing using Google Chrome. If you want a computer though for software I would recommend a better device like the Surface Pro... But this gets the job done and it's portable.

How does this processor compare to the processor used in Sony's 2019 950 series when it comes down to upscaling 1080i off a DISH receiver. I am in a rural area and it will be some time before I can stream any 4k.
I found that comparing the X1 Ultimate and the Alpha 9 are 0retty comparable. The X1U may have a slight advantage over the A9 in upscale but it may be for some unnoticeable. Also the 950G is a 2019 model where this unit is 2018. The Alpha 9 Gen II should be better than the X1 Ultimate due to it's Deep Learning database.
