Worth the extra cost

This service was extremely helpful. You don't realize how big of a box a TV will come in, especially when the TV itself is really big. I don't think we could have unboxed it and set it up on our TV stand alone. They came in, had it set up in no time, and everything was ready to go. Definitely worth paying that little bit of extra for the setup.

I know this was a very inexpensive hair dryer but I was not impressed with it. My old one that is the same brand and similar model seems to work better than this new one did. Also, the retractable cord has never gone back in completely after the first time of pulling it out. Never use it.

The guy who delivered the TV and set it up for us was totally professional, very friendly, and very helpful. He went beyond what he was supposed to do by helping us move the old TV out of the way, which was the same size as the new 75 inch he was bringing.

If it's over 50 dollars the shipping is free why do I get charged 119
Shipping is free but the additional charge is for an employee from Best Buy to deliver it and set it all up for you. Shipping would be a carrier like UPS or FedEx dropping it off at your house and leaving it there. You would bring it in yourself, unbox it, put it where you want it, mount it (if that's what you were planning to do), setting it up to work with your existing equipment, etc.
