In this set, either Master Chief or the UNSC Marine can be equipped with an Assault Rifle while the other drives. Buying for a friend who doesn't have a cell phone. (yes I know this is crazy) . Can it be used if you do not have a cell phone. He does have a computer were he can updates maps periodically.
You do not need a cell phone to operate it. It does need periodic updates from a computer though.
