Bought this for use with my Windows 10 PC. It has trouble staying connected via Bluetooth. It can be annoying to have your game paused cause the Bluetooth connection is lost. It is not difficult to reconnect, but some games require a restart to see it. It is not worth MSRP. I'd recommend waiting for it to be on sale.

The wired / wireless switch broke in the first month. (stays in wireless mode no matter what position the switch is in) Then the mic stopped working in just under 2 months. The material on the ear cups is cheap and starts flaking away after a few weeks. Battery life is about half of listed specification. Have geek squad protection on it, going to get a replacement tomorrow.

I got a replacement via the Geek Squad protection plan I purchased with the headset. It died too, went 4 months this time though. I returned it under the protection plan to get a different model headset that will hopefully last longer than 4 months.

I need to use this to send videos and having an issue with my mic on the lap top not being loud enough. Does this hook up with a USB or another adapter to plug directly into my laptop and or docking station?
You'll need to purchase an enclosure. Be sure to get one that is USB 3.. There are still USB2 enclosures out there.
