Nice but Ineffective

I purchased a duel fuel gas range for my home. While the installation crew was as nice as could be, they weren't trained or even allowed to fully install my range as it has a downdraft ventilation system. While they were nice enough to refund the installation fee, it is worrisome that BestBuy sells a product they don't train their team to install.
