Movie looked as good as any other 4k war movie. It has some nice scenes and sounds.. only wished it was a better overall story, besides a one man army. If you want a WW1 classic movie, this aint it. Hopefully we get a true WW1 movie soon.. With battle tanks, horses, tear gas and everything else. This film only follows a man through the quiet trenches on his way to deliver a message. Not war like.

This was my 1st Blu Ray disc purchase back in Sept of 2008. I remember picking up the PS3 and this $28 blu ray. At the time, I was amazed at the 1080p picture and never thought it could look any better than what it . Took me a while to pick it up again. But Finally gave it a try and boy does it look even sharper and more alive than the blu ray version. The Black scenes look awesome on my C9. Only negative would be the animals CGIs in the beginning look so fake.
I still have the blu ray disc box.
