I have purchased refurbished items in the past, and bought this for my son for Christmas. Shame on Best Buy for not even cleaning out the ear pieces and charging case. The ear inserts had EAR WAX in them and my son was totally grossed out. When i got it, i checked it and had to clean out the charging case because it had ear wax in it and had dirt built up. I didn’t think the rubber ear inserts would be caked with ear wax. I was completely embarrassed and sickened to see it, then hearing that from my son. I should have taken pictures, but I never did. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
